When does LeoPaw open?+
We are opening in June 2026 at our facility in Chikkajala, North Bangalore — just 5 minutes from Kempegowda International Airport (KIA). Pre-launch bookings are open now at 50% off.
What is included in every stay?+
Every stay includes a private room with access to our open acre grounds for daily walks and play, meals prepared according to your feeding schedule, fresh bedding changed between every guest, and a personalised daily report card with photos sent to you on WhatsApp. Suite guests additionally receive a significantly larger private suite, a cosy elevated dog bed, enrichment toys, extra one-on-one time with our caretakers, and priority updates.
How does the 50% pre-launch discount work?+
All bookings made before our June 2026 opening are priced at 50% off regular rates. Standard Boarding is ₹950 per night (regular rate: ₹1,900) and Suite Boarding is ₹2,500 per night (regular rate: ₹5,000). Your rate is locked in only once your booking is confirmed and payment is received. Slots are limited.
Do you accept all breeds and sizes?+
Yes — we welcome all breeds and sizes at a flat rate. Whether you have a Chihuahua or a Great Dane, the pricing is the same with no size-based surcharges.
Is the pre-launch price guaranteed once I book?+
Yes, once your slot is confirmed and payment is received, your pre-launch rate is locked in for that stay — even if your check-in is months away. Please note that slots are limited, so the rate is confirmed only upon booking.
What vaccinations does my dog need?+
We require all dogs to be up to date on core vaccinations — Rabies, DHPPi (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza), and kennel cough. Please carry your dog's vaccination records on the day of drop-off.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?+
Full refund if cancelled 7 or more days before check-in. 50% refund for cancellations 3 to 7 days before check-in. Non-refundable for cancellations less than 3 days before check-in. In the event we are unable to confirm your slot, a full refund is processed with no questions asked.
